- Using a business name as your account name on Commons is not necessarily a violation of our account naming policy, though it would be on some sister projects. It's not obvious to me that there's anything wrong here. Their uploads appear to be exterior shots of their business, which are not obviously out of scope. - We don't usually take administrative action against a user over FoP issues, especially if no one has explained the issues to the user on their talk page. Reason for reporting: This user is a sockpuppet (Category:Sockpuppets of Saranphat chaiphet) created for block evasion, according to a sock investigation at the Thai Wikipedia. And the user has uploaded here a number of copyvio files related to Nan province, which are exactly the same files as those uploaded by the socks in the mentioned category. See also his global account information.
